The recent Covid-19 crisis has made us reflect on our way of life and the way we use our free time. Taking a step back and returning to the villages, enjoying a more leisurely way of life and in direct contact with nature, once again takes on great value.
At Valleoscuru, we have always wanted to be that place where time stops and the body relaxes, where it reconnects with oneself and with others and where the energy that is lost in today’s world is recovered. After this long break, we return to the activity with the same enthusiasm and the same philosophy. We want to inform you of why come to Valleoscuru at this time and what security measures we are going to implement.
These months of confinement and restrictions have made us reflect on the need to focus on what is important and on the importance and value of being able to enjoy open and natural spaces.
WE HAVE 11 ROOMS
The small size of the hotel ensures a low capacity of people in the hotel. Furthermore, the rooms are divided into 2 buildings with a courtyard in the middle.
All the rooms are exterior, which allows a very good ventilation. Inside, there are two common areas: two lounges and 2 common toilets and outside, covered terraces with enough capacity and space for everyone.
THE TRANQUILITY OF A SMALL TOWN LIKE TRESGRANDAS
The small town of Tresgrandas, in which we find ourselves, is far from the crowds, even in the peak seasons.
The activities and excursions that are made here are mostly related to nature, so they are done outdoors: visiting villages, hiking trails, beaches …
SAFETY AND HYGIENE MEASURES IN THE RESTAURANT
In the restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner, we will make sure to maintain a distance between the tables and the people and, if we see it necessary, we will take turns to comply.
We will put single-use napkins, change the tablecloths as usual with each client and wash cutlery, glasses and plates with bleach before putting them in the dishwasher. >
CLEANING IN ROOMS AND COMMON AREAS
The cleaning of our rooms and common areas always takes a disinfection with bleach of the bathroom areas. The sheets are washed in an industrial laundry, so it complies with all the necessary cleaning protocols.
All bed and bath linens are changed every time there are new clients. In common areas, floors and bathrooms are disinfected with soap and bleach, as well as seats, sofas, tables, TV controls, wall lights, switches, railings with soap and disinfectant solutions.
We also put at your disposal several dispensers of disinfectant gel in the common areas for the hands at the entrance of the hotel so that you can use it.
VISITS TO CIDER MILL IN SMALL GROUPS
Visits to our cider mill are always done in small groups. The spaces where we go are spacious and much of the activity takes place outside.
