The blueberries that we use to make the homemade jams that we serve for breakfasts, the lettuce and tomatoes for the salads, the beans, potatoes for the dinner recipes and, of course, the apples with which we make our Valleoscuru cider. Without a doubt, the orchard is an important base of all the flavours that you will taste during your stay.

Alberto works in the garden that we have within the hotel grounds and in a nearby farm to always have the best seasonal produce ready to offer in the restaurant. In winter we have planted garlic, cabbage, broccoli and leeks … and in summer our garden gives us lettuce, zucchini, squash, peppers, aubergine, tomato, beans…

A natural and ecological production that takes the concept of Km 0. products much further by growing them, literally next to the kitchen where Rosalina will make them.
