The blueberries we use to make the homemade jams we serve for breakfast, the lettuce and tomatoes for our salads, the beans and potatoes for our dinner recipes, and, of course, the apples we use to make our Valleoscuru cider. Without a doubt, the garden is the basis of all the flavors you’ll enjoy during your stay.

Alberto works in the garden we have within the hotel grounds and on a nearby farm to always have the best seasonal produce ready to offer in the restaurant. In winter we plant spring garlic, cabbage, broccoli and leeks… and in summer our garden gives us lettuce, zucchini, squash, peppers, eggplant, tomato, beans…

A natural and organic production that goes far beyond the concept of Km 0 products by growing them literally next to the kitchen where Rosalina will prepare them.
