Without a doubt, the garden is the basis of all the flavors you’ll enjoy during your stay.
Alberto works in the garden we have within the hotel grounds and on a nearby farm to always have the best seasonal produce ready to offer in the restaurant. In winter we plant spring garlic, cabbage, broccoli and leeks… and in summer our garden gives us lettuce, zucchini, squash, peppers, eggplant, tomato, beans…
