A RURAL EXPERIENCE IN ASTURIAS IN THE FULL OF NATURE AND “ECOLOGICALLY”
Parallel to the hotel activity, we complement it with agriculture. Apart from the apple trees with which the organic cider is made, in a small orchard, we grow: lettuce, tomatoes, zucchini, green beans, collard greens, onions, aubergines.
At the Llagar we also make vinegar, jams and apple sweets. In addition, we grow “ecological” Fabes from the farm and corn for human consumption, to transform it into flour and make one of the typical dishes of Eastern Asturias, the tortos. All these typical products can be tasted by all travelers staying at the Hotel at breakfast and dinner.
